Terms & Conditions of askpk1

By accessing, registering with, or otherwise using the askpk1 platform at askpk1.app (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "askpk1", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("the User", "you", "your") unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Continued use of askpk1 following the publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use askpk1. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 or older. askpk1 takes age verification seriously and reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any stage. Any account found to belong to a user under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds frozen, and the matter referred to the appropriate authorities where required.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The Platform is designed to serve players accessing from jurisdictions where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law. 2.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one active account on askpk1. Opening duplicate, secondary, or proxy accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

2.4 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update that information promptly should it change. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration details is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your askpk1 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. askpk1 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

3.2 Notification of Breach. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify askpk1 support immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. askpk1 will investigate the matter and take reasonable steps to secure the account pending resolution.

3.3 KYC Verification. askpk1 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with standard international gaming industry practice. You may be required to submit identity documentation — including a valid government-issued ID and proof of payment method — before withdrawals are processed or at any time deemed necessary by askpk1's compliance team. Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions.

3.4 Inactive Accounts. Accounts that have not been logged into for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as inactive. askpk1 reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts, the details of which will be communicated to the registered email address prior to any deduction.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. askpk1 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and USDT. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or the equivalent USDT value at the prevailing rate. askpk1 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.2 Minimum Deposits and Withdrawals. Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds apply and are displayed on the cashier page at the time of transaction. These thresholds may be updated by askpk1 at any time without prior notice, though current thresholds will always be clearly displayed within the Platform.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the timeframes displayed on the Platform's cashier section. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any applicable KYC verification. askpk1 is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment providers or banking institutions.

4.4 Source of Funds. You warrant that all funds deposited into your askpk1 account originate from a legitimate source and that you are the authorised holder of the payment method used. askpk1 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation as part of its compliance obligations.

4.5 Refund Policy. Deposits that have been wagered are non-refundable. Unplayed deposits may be returned to the original payment method at askpk1's discretion, subject to completed KYC verification and compliance review. No refunds will be issued where an account has been suspended or terminated due to a violation of these Terms & Conditions.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by askpk1 are subject to specific terms and conditions that accompany each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence for that promotion only.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. askpk1 has a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-risk or arbitrage betting strategies to satisfy wagering requirements, and exploiting errors in bonus configurations. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of all bonus balances and associated winnings.

5.4 Promotional Amendments. askpk1 reserves the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn mid-cycle, users who have already claimed the offer will be given reasonable notice and, where practicable, the opportunity to complete the relevant wagering requirements.

5.5 One Bonus Per Household. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, promotional offers are limited to one per household, IP address, and payment method. Attempts to circumvent this restriction constitute a violation of these Terms & Conditions.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the askpk1 platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:

• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or infrastructure.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or sports market.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Opening or operating accounts on behalf of third parties.

• Placing wagers on behalf of, or funded by, persons who are ineligible to use the Platform.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct towards askpk1 staff or other platform users.

All content on the askpk1 Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, game interfaces, and the askpk1 brand identity — is the exclusive property of askpk1 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content without prior written authorisation from askpk1.

9.1 askpk1 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, askpk1 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9.2 askpk1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if askpk1 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9.3 askpk1's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude askpk1's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

askpk1 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.
